2. About Yavrixa

Yavrixa is an accommodation discovery and referral service. It helps users browse hotel information, compare destinations and continue to accommodation providers or booking partners for current booking information.

Yavrixa is not itself a hotel, travel agency, tour operator, accommodation provider, payment processor or booking platform unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific service.

3. No booking relationship on Yavrixa

Searching for a hotel, selecting dates, saving a stay or following a link does not reserve a room, hold inventory, lock a price or create an accommodation contract.

A booking exists only when it is completed and confirmed by the relevant hotel or external booking provider under that provider's own terms and conditions.

4. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful, personal travel research. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, bypass safeguards, impersonate another person, submit false information, misrepresent an affiliation or scrape the website in a way that harms availability or infringes applicable rights.

5. Hotel information

Descriptions, classifications, facilities, images, locations, room details and availability information may originate from third-party suppliers. Yavrixa aims to present this information clearly, but it may change, become incomplete or contain errors.

Important information should always be confirmed in the final booking environment or directly with the relevant provider.

6. Prices and availability

Displayed prices and availability, when introduced, may change until a booking is confirmed. Taxes, local charges, resort fees, currency conversion, room conditions, inclusions and cancellation terms may depend on the selected offer.

The final price and applicable conditions are determined by the hotel or booking provider completing the reservation.

7. Third-party bookings

If a booking is completed with a third party, the resulting contract is between the traveller and that provider. Its terms, privacy policy, payment rules, cancellation policy, refund process and customer-support procedures apply to that transaction.

Yavrixa and AJP Fractional Finance LLC do not control accommodation services provided by independent third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Saved stays and browser features

Saved-stay features are browser-based convenience tools and are not reservation records. Saved information may be lost if local browser storage is cleared, privacy settings change or another browser or device is used.

9. Intellectual property

The Yavrixa name, interface, original site design, editorial presentation and original content may be protected by law. Hotel photographs, descriptions, trademarks and other third-party materials may belong to their respective owners or licensors.

10. Availability of the service

Yavrixa may update, suspend, correct or remove parts of the website. Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed, although reasonable steps may be taken to maintain a reliable service.

11. Disclaimer

The website is provided on an "as available" basis for general accommodation discovery. Yavrixa does not guarantee that hotel data, external links, prices, facilities or availability will remain current, complete or suitable for every traveller.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yavrixa and AJP Fractional Finance LLC are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, changed prices, unavailable rooms, external website failures, third-party conduct, travel disruption or decisions based solely on discovery content.

13. Changes and applicable law

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, suppliers or legal requirements. The version published on this page applies from publication. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Any dispute is governed by the laws and courts that apply under mandatory law.
